Store Manager: The qualified candidate must have 1 - 3 years of current experience as a store manager in an Italian Bakery environment. Requirements include experience with managing all aspects of the bakery business with strong emphasis on customer service and product quality control. Strong interpersonal skills is highly desirable since this position requires the supervision of store staff. Leading by example, training and staff development is a key part of this position. Must be bilingual. Italian a plus.

Pastry Chef: The qualified candidate must have 5 - 10 years of experience as a chef in an Italian Bakery environment. Requirements include knowledge of all aspects of Italian desserts, cakes, cookies and bread making. The candidate must be capable and willing to take responsibility for all aspects of the production required to satisfy the demands of a busy store as well as the wholesale accounts. Candidate must be willing to provide references, name and phone number of former supervisors/managers upon request.

Cake Decorator:
The qualified candidate must have 5 - 10 years of experience as a cake decorator in a high volume bakery environment. Since the core of our business is wedding cakes, this individual must have knowledge of wedding cakes from beginning to end. Additional requirements include experience in preparing from scratch his or her own butter/whip cream and fondant. Successful candidate must have demonstrable experience in decorating with royal icing, gum paste/fondant and chocolate. Pulled sugar a plus. Candidate must be willing to provide references, name and phone number of former supervisors/managers upon request.

Baker: The qualified candidate must have 5 - 10 years of experience as an all around baker in an Italian bakery environment. Additional requirements include experience with danishes, apple turnovers, muffins, croissants, etc. as well as mixing/baking bread (Italian, french, rye, etc.). Candidate must be willing to provide references, name and phone number of former supervisors/managers upon request.
